RelaySector (“we”, “us”) provides field-operations software: staff scheduling, GPS-verified clock-ins, incident and duty logs, payroll exports, and client reporting. This policy covers what information we collect through the product and our marketing site, and how we use it.
Account information: name, email address, role, and company (tenant) you belong to.
Location data: when a field-app user clocks in or out, we record their device location at that moment to verify presence against a site’s geofence. Location is not tracked continuously in the background.
Photos: where a site requires photo verification, the photo captured at clock-in/out.
Work records: shifts, punches, incident logs, duty checklist completions, leave requests, expense submissions, and payroll figures your company enters or generates in the product.
Device and usage data: basic technical data (browser, device type, IP address) for security and debugging.
To operate the product: verifying clock-ins, generating schedules, producing payroll exports and client reports, and enforcing the roles/permissions your company configures. To send account and product emails (invites, alerts, verification links). To maintain security and investigate abuse. We do not sell personal information.
Your company’s data is only visible within your own tenant, isolated from every other company using RelaySector. We use a small number of infrastructure providers to run the service (hosting, database, and transactional email delivery); they process data on our behalf under their own confidentiality obligations and don’t use it for their own purposes. We don’t share your data with advertisers.
We retain work records (punches, shifts, reports) for as long as your company’s account is active, so historical reporting and payroll stay accurate. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data, subject to records we’re legally required to keep.

RelaySector is a business tool and isn’t directed at or knowingly used by children.
